Community Spotlight: Zachary Brock, Town of Sutton Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Town of Sutton Zoning Board of Adjustment brings vital oversight to local land use, ensuring adherence to zoning rules, handling variances, and fostering balanced development for Sutton’s sustained growth.

From our beginning in 1976, founder Don Lavallee focused on doing his best to make things better and inspired others to do the same. He cared deeply about our team, our work, and our community. Today, the tradition of giving back remains an important part of what makes Lavallee Brensinger Architects a rewarding place to work and create.

We are excited to spotlight Senior Project Manager and Technical Leader, Zachary Brock, who is currently carrying on a Lavallee Brensinger tradition of serving as a Board Member for the Town of Sutton Zoning Board of Adjustment.
