Lavallee Brensinger designed a one story, free standing Medical Office Building with consideration for future expansion. The project goals and objectives were to design a new prototype for an outpatient program that utilizes flexibility, efficiency, and patient centered care to create an atmosphere that is both enriching and successful in an ever-changing healthcare environment. At this unique site, program elements work harmoniously together; allowing for individuality while maintaining the Exeter hospital identity. Other considerations included environmental sensitivity: materials, detailing, natural and artificial lighting, and site relationships while managing both budget and time constraints.

Program includes: adult and pediatric rehabilitation, pediatric and family practices, blood draw, radiology with mobile van access, care coordination, dietician, and conference space.
