Food service delivery was reorganized and updated in this two-story, 30,000 square foot campus dining facility. The project involved upgrading mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems; new food service equipment; and all interior finishes. The renewed facility now provides an accessible, attractive, and efficient dining facility that serves the entire Plymouth State community and guests.
