Profile
For over 30 years, Mike has been designing healing, evidence-based healthcare spaces. His love for architecture originated from growing up in Europe, where he was consistently surrounded by High Gothic buildings. He was fascinated by the idea that these historical common places represented the ethos and values within various communities of the past. This deep curiosity and hunger for knowledge lead Mike to the world of design.
Mike’s primary goal is to create spaces that comfort and support the needs of a given community. He adheres to the belief that it is important to create modern environments that foster compassion, empathy, and care. Mike understands the value of learning about the history of architecture, and actively works to incorporate this knowledge into his designs.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Architecture from Clemson University.
