Noelle ensures that her project plans meet the specific needs of researchers and scientists. Her laboratory designs meet the functional requirements of the client but also look and feel like a cohesive, well-designed space. She obtains this in her designs through a balance of artistic and technical skills.

Noelle is a collaborator and coordinates with other design professionals during the construction phase.  She places equal importance on aesthetics, implementation, and technicalities, which is a testament to her well-rounded approach to architecture.

Noelle earned a Master of Architecture degree from Norwich University.
