Proctor Academy
Peabody House Dormitory
K-12 Education:
High Schools & Technical Centers
To meet changing student demands, the oldest residence hall on campus was replaced with a new 12,000 square foot, 14-bed dormitory. Peabody House is designed to accommodate students in a homelike environment, and includes two attached faculty residences. The design is in the traditional New England village vernacular of the existing campus, but includes an array of sustainable features, including geothermal heat sourcing and recycled materials, all supporting Proctor Academy’s commitment to sustainable design.
