Our Hiring Process

1. Submit an Application

Send us your resume via Paylocity. Once we receive your resume, we will review it.

If your combined experience and education are in alignment with our job opening, a member of the hiring team will reach out via text or e-mail to schedule a phone or video screening.

2. Phone or Video Screening

This is a 15-20 minutes conversation with a member of the hiring team. The goal of this call is for us to learn about you, your goals for the position and answer any questions you may have about us. During this conversation you can expect to discuss topics such as, your desired role, salary, team, department, studio, and availability for an interview with the extended hiring team which includes department / studio leaders.

3. Virtual / In-person Interview

This is a 40 –45 minute conversation between you and the extended hiring team. During this time, we are looking for you to learn as much as you can about us, and for us to learn as much as we can about you and your work experience. we would share the date we would have a decision (usually within 24 to 48 hours) and let you know we would be contacting you on that day.

4. Decision Stage

Once the hiring team debriefs, an offer will be extended to the desired candidate. If you do not receive an offer a member from the hiring team will reach out and provide you with feedback.
