Candice brings more than 20 years of experience designing complex healthcare environments that thoughtfully balance patient comfort, staff needs, and organizational goals. As an EDAC certified designer, she leads with a human-centered, evidence-based approach, believing that the most successful projects begin with one principle: people come first. She has extensive experience partnering with repeat clients who appreciate her ability to listen first to fully understand the scope of the problem before offering solutions. Her commitment to Lean principles ensures that each project builds upon the last as she embraces continuous improvement and the ability to learn from every team member, every time.

Candice earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Boston Architectural College.
