The oldest residence hall on the St. Anselm College campus was replaced with a new facility assessment and feasibility study to renovate and expand the seating capacity of the Dana Center for performing arts. The proposal replaces all MEP, A/V, and stagecraft infrastructure, reconfigures the continental seating configuration, and adds a 200 seat mezzanine. The design also renews the envelope of the facility to improve energy and acoustic performance, and to improve the Dana Center’s campus presence.
