Saint Anselm College engaged Lavallee Brensinger Architects to program and design a new home for Nursing and Health Sciences. This new, free-standing 44,000 SF facility features strategically located student centric spaces facing the main quad of this historic campus. The program includes state-of-the-art nursing skills and assessment labs, a 7-lab simulation center, classrooms, debrief and seminar rooms, a 150-seat auditorium, and faculty offices.
The simulation center will feature multiple learning environments: Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, Medical / Surgical, Intensive Care, Home Health, Mental Health, and a simulated nursing unit with the full complement of support spaces, including medication, nutrition, clean supply, and a simulated nurse station.
