The Lavallee Brensinger team has been engaged in a multi-year, multi-phase renovation of the Concord Hospital Family Place. The renovations include the administrative suites, the addition of two Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) rooms, new additional square footage to Continuing Care and Acute Care Nursery, and Private Continuing Care expansion.

The most recent renovations include 8 additional LDRP rooms. The Concord Hospital team was eager to renovate the LDRP rooms to improve patient experience and enhance staff efficiency. The existing rooms were redesigned to have designated family and staff areas. Additional storage and lighting levels were added to increase comfort of the patient and their family. A designated staff work area was incorporated into the layout at the entry to each room. Each room received new modern finishes in a serene palette, increasing cleanability and promoting calmness.
