Lavallee Brensinger was involved ahead of site selection to help develop a prototype and test-fit potential sites. We also provided planning and design services across 9 locations encompassing 430,000 SF including: primary care, specialties services, endoscopy, imaging, rehabilitation, and lab services. |
Danielle Santos, AIA, EDAC, LEED AP, architect and principal, stated in the case study, “We knew that certain spaces such as exam rooms and team rooms would be repeated throughout the various locations. We designed those modules so they would be ready to plug into the sites when they were chosen.” |
